This policy explains what personal data Ashmoor House collects when you use this website, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect, and why
- •Enquiry forms. When you contact us through a form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and message (and, on some forms, phone number and event date). This is sent to us by email and, for our main contact form, also stored securely in our content management system so we can respond to your enquiry. Enquiries submitted through certain venue-specific forms are sent directly to our booking partner, Britebiz, for handling - see "Third parties" below.
- •Newsletter sign-up. If you sign up for our mailing list, we collect your email address and pass it to Resend, who send the emails on our behalf and store your address for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
- •Cookies and analytics. We use cookies to understand how visitors use the site and, if you consent, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You choose which categories to allow when you first visit, and can change your choice at any time (see "Cookies" below).
Third parties we share data with
- •Britebiz. Enquiries submitted through our event-specific enquiry forms are sent directly to Britebiz's system, which they use to manage as leads. We do not separately store these submissions.
- •Resend. Delivers email notifications when you submit our main contact form, and sends our newsletter, storing subscriber email addresses for that purpose.
- •Sanity. Our content management system, which securely stores contact form submissions made through our main enquiry form.
- •We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Cookies
A cookie records your consent choice for 12 months. If you accept, we may also set cookies for:
- •Analytics. Google Analytics and Umami, to understand site usage.
- •Advertising. The Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel, to measure and improve our advertising.
None of these load until you consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the site footer.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or ask us to delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@ashmoorhouse.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have not handled your data properly.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and newsletter data for as long as your enquiry or subscription is active, and review it periodically for deletion when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us at hello@ashmoorhouse.com.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do.
