The shape of your day

Begin in the Glam Room at 6am with its own private entrance. Our team will come and check in on you and deliver any breakfast hampers, whilst making the finishing touches to the venue.

Guests arrive to a welcome drink in the Cocktail Lounge, before being guided through to the ceremony area. The soft rustle of gravel, the distant call of Dartmoor, and the warm hum of expectations set an unhurried, sophisticated tone for the afternoon ahead.

Say 'I do' in the ceremony room, or outdoors beneath our licensed pagoda framed by the Dartmoor skyline. Both are yours to choose, with an easy wet-weather plan either way.

After the ceremony, your guests can enjoy a refreshing drink from one of our drinks packages while we serve your chosen canapés. Our lawn games will also be available, creating a relaxed and sociable atmosphere.

Move through to the function room for your feast, seating up to 200 guests and served by our team while you settle into the celebration.

The ceremony room becomes your dance floor, doors thrown open to the function room. Evening food from the top-terrace BBQ and two bars keep everyone going.

Ten en-suite bedrooms mean your closest guests stay on site. Wake to breakfast and a slow Dartmoor morning before checking out at 10am.
